PALS Runner is designed to help you run pediatric codes with confidence. Written by an EM doctor and former software engineer PALS Runner has a simple, elegant interface. PALS Runner was originally written as part of PedsMeds, a comprehensive pediatric dose calculator. PALS runner was pulled out as a separate app to allow providers who do not have the need for a full dosage calculator to have a less expensive option.
PALS Runner walks you through the AHA PALS algorithms for Tachycardia, Bradycardia and Pulseless Arrest. Medication doses and voltages are calculated for you.
Weights can be entered directly, or estimated by age based upon CDC data.
